  • For a world’s leading supplier of cement and aggregates, ready mix concrete and asphalt – 65 workshops (3 days each) covering 1275 participants on “Building Tomorrows Leaders”.
  •  The workshops were designed to create an understanding of the demands of the leadership role, and enable participants to reassess their managerial competencies. The sessions focused on how to build a positive work culture, connect with and influence people and embrace change and breakthrough performance as a way of life.
  • For a pharmaceutical company with global leadership positions in several therapy segments – 40 workshops (4 days each) covering 985 participants on “Accelerating Managerial Excellence”.
  •  The workshops covered the ‘what’ – methodology of the selling process, as also the ‘how’ – the critical skills necessary to explore, manage and close opportunities amidst changing market conditions. After structured field visits to review challenges, we designed the workshops to energize the team, accelerate business-initiative implementation and improve field performance.
  • For the largest Europe based electronics and electrical engineering company in the fields of industry, energy, transportation, healthcare, IT and financial services – 14 workshops (2 days each) covering 270 participants on “Hi-Impact Presentation Skills”
  •  The workshops provided the executives with tips and techniques for making and delivering effective presentations and provided enough practice to raise confidence levels. Our unique methodology of video-feedback succeeded in making people believe in themselves and equipped them with strategies, guidelines and skills that they will use over a lifetime.
  • For a large Indian Global telecom company that owns submarine cable network, a Tier 1P Network and also rents centre and collocation space - 24 workshops (2 days each) covering 461 participants on “Negotiation Skills & Conflict Management”
  •  The workshops developed in the participants the ability to understand basic strategies, thought processes and tactics needed to achieve successful negotiations on any level, develop an insight into the skills of negotiation and realize how to achieve a win-win negotiation outcome.
  • For a large Indian conglomerate which operates in diverse sectors such as real estate, consumer products, industrial engineering, appliances, furniture, security and agricultural products – 80 workshops (3 days each) covering 2380 participants on “Competency Building” and “Managing Transition to Higher Roles/Bands”
  •  The Transition to Higher Band Roles workshops focused on creating a worthy dream that help people achieve their personal goals as well as accomplish the organization vision. The participants were able to assess their leadership attributes and learn how to effectively motivate teams, influence people and resolve conflicts through a process of self-awareness. The workshops focused on attributes reflected by successful leaders, competencies expected to be displayed and correcting behaviors that acted as barriers to success.
  •  The assignment was planned in a meticulous manner after fully understanding the clients business needs, the individual and their motivations, the issues and challenges within. The breakaway sessions drew out the participants into a candid and constructive dialogue which immensely helped sort out many issues that made the team more effective.
  • For a global enterprise in the fields of healthcare, agriculture and high-tech materials – 30 workshops (2 days each) covering 600 participants on “Internal Customer Care, Assertiveness Skills & Power of Collaboration”
  •  The workshops were designed to help participants recognize the importance of internal customer networks, develop an assertive personality, deal with conflicts with maturity and sensitivity and achieve personal growth through healthy teamwork.
  • For an India-cased satellite TV channel based in Mumbai – 12 workshops (2 days each) covering 235 participants on the “Art of Giving & Receiving Performance Feedback”
  •  The workshops developed in the participants the approach to ask for and give feedback about everyday operations on a routine basis, plan a feedback session, deliver constructive criticism and re-set expectations.
