Our training content and delivery is designed to use adult-learning principles and cater to all three types of learners – visual, auditory and kinesthetic so that everyone in the audience can absorb the material in their own method.

We use power points, movie clips and educational videos which help the visual learners; the trainers speak about this material and encourage class interactions which help the auditory learners; and role plays, business cases and exercises help the kinesthetic learners to experience the concepts that are presented.

We believe that there is no ready-to-use, one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to learning and development. We design, develop and deliver customized training modules based on your specific needs. Each program is interactive, participatory and includes readiness and reinforcement activities.

Our approach

  • Meet with the client organization and the customers, if necessary, to clarify the key result areas desired from the intervention
  • Discuss with representative participants to understand their profile and concerns in the context of the deliverables and learning outcomes
  • Present possible options based on our expertise and experience. Discuss and fine tune the content and structure with the Learning & Development Team
  • Design and customize the courseware, role-plays, exercises, films and presentation to meet the needs of the participants and facilitate the workshop
  • Assist in follow-up and implementation of the "Learning-into-Action" worksheet prepared by the participants at the end of the workshop.
